Delete your SunnySky account

Deletion is immediate, complete, and cannot be undone.

In the app — instant

  1. Open SunnySky and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
  3. Tap again to confirm.

By email — within 30 days

Can't access the app? Email support@sunnyweather.co from the address you signed up with and we'll delete the account manually.

What gets deleted: your account and email address, profile, weather reports and photos, asks and answers, follows, notification tokens, and notification history. Device-local data (preferences, cached forecasts) is removed by the app at deletion time. See the privacy policy for details.
